Shipping Information
Shipping will be calculated at checkout, depending on your choice of carrier, the weight, size and your location.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our US warehouse, located in Montrose, Colorado, USA.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping isn’t something that we offer right now, please feel free to get in contact with us at info@osetbikes.com and we can point you in the right direction for your local shop/countries importer.
What are your handling times and how long does it take for items to arrive?
We are open from 9-5 Monday – Friday and will aim to get your order out to you the same day/next working day.
Orders placed on a weekend will be sent the next working day Monday, (or Tuesday if this falls on a bank holiday weekend). Please allow some extra time during busier times of the year.
Next day shipping is available Monday – Thursday. Next day orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, (or Tuesday if this falls on a bank holiday weekend).
How much is shipping?
Please note that shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. The cost will vary depending on shipment weight, size and your destination.
Can you combine shipping on more than one item?
Absolutely! Add as much as you like to your basket and checkout!
Do you put receipts/invoices in the package?
You will receive a copy of your invoice in your parcel and you should also receive a confirmation email from our website automatically. If nothing is received or you lose a copy, please just get in touch and we will be more then happy to resend.
Any other information we should know about?
Delivery will be made to the address specified on your order, please check your delivery address when placing the order as this cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
OSET cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the couriers although we will do our upmost to keep you informed of any delays that we are aware of, please provide your most up to date contact details in case we do need to get through to you urgently.
