We understand that sometimes you might need to return or warranty one of our products. To start any warranty claim or return please call 970-240-5984 to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number or use the form here. Please do not return any merchandise without first calling. Returns are to be shipped to the address below with the RMA# written on the outside of the box so that it is easily identified. You must have a valid reason for wanting to return a product i.e. wrong part, damaged on delivery. OSET Corp reserves the right to refuse to accept a return request if a non-valid reason is offered.

Any returns sent without an RMA number displayed on the package will be refused and returned to sender. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in new/re-sellable condition. OSET reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is deemed used, scratched, or is not in a re-sellable condition. Return postage fees are at the cost of the buyer. A track and trace service must be used.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 15 days of the date you received the item.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item and are processing your request. We will follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 2 weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take several days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your product to begin the process. We will refund your postage if the issue is the fault of OSET.
After you have submitted a return request to email@example.com we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix it to your package. We are unable to follow this process for lithium batteries. The OSET Team will advise you how to process these items.
